The Last Day

My first exciting (not really) thing of the day was going to a Hello Kitty store with ME:


Then we went on a double decker bus and the roof was off.


I saw many very cool buildings and landmarks and a "sacred" place for teenagers, but one of my most favorites was this building that looks like the posts on a football field:


Then it started to drizzle. After we got off the bus it really started to pour rain. I was hungry so we went to a nice little cafe. We had scones.

In Japan there are hundreds of vending machines on the streets.


You can have drinks but some give out Kit Kats. You can also get hot drinks which is kind of cool.


The most exciting thing which is actually in the future (or should I say the past for you?) - I'm coming home. I'll explain to some of you about the past thing when I get back.

An Exciting Day

First thing in the morning my dad said very suddenly and not panicky "Earthquake!!!" I was waking up so felt nothing but it made the cabinet rattle.

Later today me, Mr. Green, Mrs. Green, and ME went to a park down the street. After we got back it was a quiet, leisurely day - that involved a dance party!





When my dad and mom came home they had a bag with two presents, one for me and one for ME. ME got a cat that is solar powered, and I got this cool case with a set of Mario stuff:


Last but not least one of my teeth came out!!!!!

A Day In Tokyo

After we left the house we went on a subway so we could take a boat ride. We crossed the Rainbow Bridge on the subway.


Then we went to a mall thing and guess what it had in it? A Legoland Discovery Center (but we didn't go)! There was also a maze by a costume of a tiger:


Then we took a boat ride. Here are two pictures from it:






Then I saw a big, big tower called the Sky Tree. Fun fact: the Sky Tree is the tallest tower in the world.


We visited a temple and I got my fortune:











Then we took a subway home.

The Last Day in Korea

Today I made a new grown up friend. And together we built something that could fly into space and travel the world.


My new friend Billy got me this cool necklace sack. And I put my Korean money in it. I will be showing some of my friends my Korean money.


This evening we went to a restaurant across the street from our hotel and had chicken and fried spaghetti.


Then our waiter introduced us to the chef. His name is Michael. And we taught him some English.


By the elevators there are some statues in a glass case. This is a picture of them:


Tomorrow we have to get up early in the morning to catch a bus to the airport so we can get to Japan.

A Big Feast

We were back at the Bexco this morning and I built some sculptures.


This evening we went to buy some vegetables and feed bunnies. They were on top floor of a department store.

There were also some other animals like a dog, some pigs, and a lot of noisy ducks.

Next we went to Pizza Hut and I had three pieces of pizza for dinner - and a piece of cake when I got back to the hotel.

Let us eat cake

I started a puzzle on Monday and I finished it on Tuesday.


It is a puzzle of the Peace Train, a train that traveled from Germany to promote peace.

Tonight we saw a magician and he was doing these object tricks. He was pretty good.


Then we went to the Paris Baguette and got some cake. It was a cake that was based on a Korean TV show. The cake cake tasted wonderful!!!

A work day in Busan

I took a bus from our hotel to the Bexco for the 10th Assembly of the something something (World Council of Churches).


I made a new grown up friend. His name is Billy.


While I was at the children's area I did some of my homework from school and some other stuff - like I drew this picture:


Then we went up to an office with one of my mom's friends (Doug Chial) who arranged the whole Assembly. There are more than 3,000 people here.


This evening I went to a little stand where you can throw darts at balloons and get prizes.


I got a red angry bird with a suction cup attached to it, and my little sister got a bunny and she named it Bunny Bunny.

When it's night in Busan the city really comes to life.

The Temple

We went to a temple in another part of Busan.


There was a place to pray for traffic safety:


There was a giant golden statue of a man named Buddha:


Here is a statue of two golden pigs:


I got a souvenir of three tiny golden pigs with jewels on their foreheads and a golden platform for them to go on.

The Big Visit

On Saturday I went to the Busan Aquarium. There was a piranha tank:


Someone got too close!

It is home of the famous Super-ray!


We got to pet starfish.


There was one that was really scared and tried to hide under a rock. It was this one:


So that night my dad's friend from college came down from Seoul and had dinner with us along with another one of my dad's friends named Drew.


We cooked our own meat at the table which the waiters brought to us.

And there was a juggler down by the beach that we could watch from our window. After dinner we went down there and got an up close view.
